Hey hun.. Sorry to hear about ur pain.. I can definitely empathize.
I have been in the same boat as you. Regular ER visits, intense pain, etc, and i'd already had a laparoscopy 7yrs ago to confirm the endo, but i knew something was wrong since the pain and new symptoms begun to rapidly progress in the last 2yrs since i was blessed with my son. Dont give up and just deal with it. Find a good Dr, find 3 just to be sure!! Keep going to them and telling them about ur pain until they get u another set of tests, a surgical consult, and maybe even another lap. I did this, and was astonished to find that in the last 7yrs since my last lap, the endo has progressed so badly, it has bonded several organs together with scar tissue, spread thru my bowel wall, and it requires more than two surgeons to operate on now, just so i can feel semi-normal and not in pain or tired all the time.
Keep going til they take a closer look, keep ur medical records from each Dr, they'll eventually do something.
In the meantime, i skip periods with the ocp 'Norimin', and my wonderful partner gives me abdominal and lower back massages regularly, and my trusty electric heat pack, all of these make it just that little bit more bearable. Dont take pain meds too often like i used to, otherwise theyll cause more harm than good.. Only use them when ur in so much pain u start sweating and shaking and cant even talk.. Good to build up ur pain tolerance in my opinion anyway, since endo is an incurable and often progressive disease.. We have a long way to go!! :-/
Good luck x

Hi honey and Welcome to the Forum-
I am sorry for your suffering from this awful disease which I share.  I'll tell you my story in hopes that it helps or at least sheds some light and makes you feel less alone.
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis in 2008 via Lap surgery.  My surgeon who is a Gold Standard excision surgeon (one of the best in the country) told me it was one of the worst cases that she'd seen.  She was unable to operate during that first lap because I was extremely hemmorhagic.  So she started me on heavy hormones (Synarel) to stop my bleeding for over a year before she could perform the surgery to excise the endo that was deep infiltrated endo on my pelvic wall, bowel, bladder, and ovaries.  This surgery happened in September 2010.  I lived in a lot of pain and suffering and was completely bedridden before that surgery.  Afterwards it took me a long time to come off the hormones and pain meds that I'd been on for so long.  But it did cure my pain for 3.5 years.  In October of 2013 my endo symptoms returned.  Slowly at first, and then at such an extreme rate that in the past 6 months I have been nearly completely debilitated by my pain.  One night back in early February I wrote my surgeon an email telling her what was going on.  I also told her that I was ready to get pregnant and was scared that I was not going to be able to.  She responded the next day- sent me for blood work to test my hormone levels and set up an appointment to examine me.  I saw her March 24th of this year.  She did a transvaginal ultrasound and exam and felt a nodule on my left pelvic wall and confirmed that yes the endo was back.  She placed me on the list for surgery and put me on progesterone to stop my period to give me a 'pelvic holiday'.  She planned to operate at the end of June.  However, my symptoms continued to worsen and new and awful symptoms began to appear.  I've been almost completely bedridden for 6 weeks.  Unfortunately her father was dying in early July and she had to leave the country to be with him in his final days and then return for his funeral.  All her surgeries got pushed and so I am left with my surgery date being Oct. 3rd.
I haven't been able to barely walk or do anything else for weeks and weeks now.  I have a successful business teaching acting and dance and have been unable to work all summer.  I'm probably going to have to postpone my fall semester until after my surgery.  It's really, really hard but I know that after my surgery I will feel way better and will hopefully be able to conceive ASAP.

So some questions for you- what stage is your endo and what organs are involved?  Do you have a reputable excision surgeon?  Are you taking any hormones or other medications to help with the pain?
Depending on where you are at we can suggest some things that may help.  Please give us some more info and we will do all we can.
Sending support....
