Is this endo or ovary cyst

Ok I have endo even had surgery years ago it's back but right now not sure if this new pain is ovarycyst or endo as my partner and i get intimate i start having pressure in my belly left side than sharp pains than two days later still sharp pain any ideas sometimes it's sharp than menstrual like cramps n I have three weeks yet until I start my period again any ideas oh and bloating

It could be either/or.

I would suggest getting your surgical report from your last doctor to have that on hand as you should always have them so tests are not repeated and you can bring it with you if you have any problems being believed that you have endo. Some doctors feel once they operate you don't have it anymore but that isn't the case.

Pain with sex is an indicator but it can also mean other things.

I would get an ultrasound to see what is going on in there to start.

If you didn't have surgery with an Endo specialist I would advice pushing forward to see someone with the skill and understanding of this disease. Most obygn/gyno are not up to date with current information/skill and do not have the skill to operate with a multi organ disease.
