Gotcha. An incision usually fully binds together within 24 hours. I found this out recently from a surgeon in Oregon

I can still see the glue over my two side incisions but my bellybutton doesn't look like it has any left on it.

They told me I could only wash it with hot water and told me not to put anything on it.. I don't know why. but I was concerned so I asked what could I clean it with and that's what she said. I think they used some kind of super glue for the skin, Dermabond or something..

Oh sweetie I am sorry you are having such a rough go.
Are you in bed resting?
I know it's hard.  I used Bactroban on my incisions- it's a prescription just a little stronger than polysporin.  I also made sure just to wear light cotton clothes with no waist bands (summer dresses and long t-shirts in bed)

Okay that's good. I ended up getting blisters from the bandages that went over the strips and i have scars now and one incision was scabbing like yours and it would be itchy so I think I opened it up by scratching but there was no infection either. I think you should be good just clean it and put polysporin on it :)

Yeah I was only up there for like an hour. They had to Doctors look at it they said I should be fine until my follow up Friday as long as it doesn't show signs of infection. They didn't see any signs of infection. It just seems to bleed at night it bled again last night. Its scabbed up I think maybe a little of the scab opens up at night and bleeds then scabs back up again.

The nurse said it shouldn't be bleeding a week later, and that I have to go to the emergency room within 3 to 4 hours. So I'm going in. :(

I just called up to the hospital to talk to a nurse about it, waiting on her call back.

This morning it was obviously blood before it was a brownish color.. My post op isn't until Friday the 27th. Should I have it looked at now?

Geez Jessie- I wish I remembered but I don't really.  If it is red and inflamed and the oozing stuff green or looks like infection I'd have it checked.  Have you had a post op check up yet?
