Serious Abdominal Pains

I have been having alot of pain recently on my right hand side of my stomache. 3 months ago i had my appendix removed, thinking that was the cause of pain, but it was sent off for test's and came back negative. For the past week these exact same pain's have come back and are eventually getting worse, like before.
I took a visit  to my doctor and she mentioned i may have something called endometriosis, beause it seems that these pains may be period related as they happen about a week before my menstrual cycle and when i was operated on they noticed a sack of bloody fluid near my pelvis. It feels like a dull achey pain which comes in pulses, exactly where my appendix would have been and sometimes where the pain is located, if pressed it feels like i have a bruise. They have gotten so bad that i can no-longer eat without vomitting and i am constantly tired all the time. I have been given zapain codein phosphate, mefanamic acid and prochlorperazine maleate, but it barely helps with the pain. Within in the last couple of days, iv noticed that i have been passing blood in my urine, about the size of a 10pence coin, but it looks quite tissuey, but it doesnt hurt to pass water or anything. Also, just below my ribs on my right hand side, i have been feelin alot of pressure, it almost feels like i have a sack of air the size of a fist lodged there, it's so uncomfortable if i sit in a certain position or lie down on my front it almost makes me vomit.

I would like to get a second opinion on what this may be. I havent been to the doctor's about the blood in my urine or the pressure i have on my stomache yet.
I would really appreciate your opinion.
Thank You.

I had my blood taken about 3 weeks ago, testing my Ovaries, thyroid, Kidneys and Liver. But the test's for my Kidney's and Liver came back fine.

It could be kidney stones or kidney infection; the pain for those is sometimes bad enough to be given morphine for. You should go back to your Dr to see if you need antibiotics, (take in a urine sample from first thing in the morning, if at all possible) as if it IS an infection and you don't get it cleared, it can actually be fatal. Hope you get better soon.
