Three consecutive months excruciating pelvic pain

For three consecutive months now I have been suffering from severe pelvic pain. Almost all pain is stemming from my right ovary they have done two internal ultrasounds in the past three months and no cysts have been present.  At the moment there is no diagnosis I feel very alone and confused and lets not forget the pain! I'll just give a quick run down on symptoms...
-first started with severe stabbing pain shooting into groin
- pain comes one week after period lasts about a week
- pain is extremely intense when bladder is full
- hurts to move and stand upright
- last months period two weeks early (never early)
- bloating and fullness and gas
- no words can describe the pain when right ovary pressed
-  pain shoots into groin and right leg and achy back
-  headache and dizziness

- not on birth control
- negative pregnancy test
- never had kids
- never had any gynecological problem
-regular period heavy flow first two days

I'm thinking maybe endometriosis?

Your symptoms and issues with your period sound EXACTLY what I'm going through. I am still trying to conceive so I do not want any parts removed. One thing I dont have is excruciating pain but I have had some early and dark spotting before my period and several days of cramping before period starts. I've had endo for a long time but it was not officially diagnosed until 2010, and first lap I had helped alot. The second lap in December, not at all and it actually made things worst. I am now back on the pill to try and eleviate some symptoms and regulate my period but I am frustrated. I also think my right ovary is acting up but pelvic pain specialist is not so sure right now- theyre monitoring me and seeing how I do on the pill and if my pelvic pain gets worst or doesnt get better and my periods are still goofy, they're going to go in there and see what's going on. If you have never had a laproscopy done, I would recommend one but see an actual specialist on this- I finally went to one, not just a regular OBGYN. Good luck

That sounds to me like Endo for sure. Trying to get pregnant and not happening, being on the pill for a long period of time coming off and pain being severe as well as all of your symptoms.

I can lead you to the right surgeon who will listen. Message me your area and I can lead you.

I'm 28 will be 29 in October. I first got my periods around 13 and have always had pretty severe period pain. I went on the pill at about 16 to try and alleviate the pain. I stopped taking the pill at 26 trying to get pregnant which still hasn't happened. I never had any of the symptoms before. About four months ago I was having bad abdominal pain, bloating and tenderness. Doctor wrote it off to a stomach ulcer told me to take reflux medication. Then a month later I'm getting these symptoms.but I've never experienced anything like this before.

You definitely sounds textbook to me. How old are you? When did your periods start, at what age? did you always have these symptoms before but now they are more intense or nothing before and now all of this?
