I should also say I am at risk for many things because I am only 37 and you would be more at risk in the future. I would strongly think about this and I am here to help with any questions you may have

No! It's a common misconception made by many surgeons and doctors. It will not cure Endo.

The key to finding relief is being in the hands of a skilled excision endometiosis specialist. There are only a handful of them worldwide for the 179 million who suffer from this disease. I can help you find a good surgeon just let me know where abouts you are.

Needless to say I had one. Recently. It was my choice and it wasn't something that I just decided to do. I researched for the last 6 yrs and even up to the day I was struggling with do it but I know now I made the best decision for me. My story is in my journals and there is a link to my blog there as well. I have just posted 8 week post op update. I didn't do it for the Endo per say for me it was the mental suffering I have gone through, the 14 yrs of trauma from the doctors not being diagnosed mentally killed me. I did it for closure mentally and because I wasn't having anymore children and I had multiple issues involving my diseases and many other co-morbid diseases that came along with it.

I would never tell someone to have one because it will not stop the Endo from growing .

Hope that helps
