Laparoscopic surgery

Do you know what other causes for endometriosis like symptoms can be found in Laparoscopic surgery other than endometriosis? I read one story where the women did not have endometriosis but had adhesion on her ovaries and the surgery solved her problems.....My thought was maybe I will be lucky when having my surgery and only have some minor problems that can be solved easily as that :) Have you heard of many cases like that?

Well that is a good thing. I would recommend not being on anything to suppress the Endo if these surgeons are not the best of the best as they might miss seeing the Endo. You want it full flare.

Did you take the results from your surgery?

It could either be Endo but could be adenomyosis as well however when you said when you were pregnant it was heaven and that was exactly how I felt as well. Probably te best I have ever felt.

I would get a second opinion and if you could from an Endo specialist. Some reg gyno can't point out Endo. Also if they are inexperienced and you were on something to suppress your periods he might not have been able to see it plus might not know where to look

Heavy bleeding and strong pain for 2-3 days and the next 4 days I´m having pain, headache, nausea, always tired can sleep for 11 hours easily, lack of energy, severe bloating. After the period I have headache for few days and need painkillers every day. Then the nausea comes and lack of appetite, pressure to the cervix, severe bloating and minor lack of energy compared to that I have during my period. In the beginning of my period I have to go to the toilet 2 times a day (almost diarrhea) but later sometimes one everey 2 days.
Then I also have some nausea days and days that I have pains in my abdomen (in the pelvic area) dont need painkillers but it interrupts me.

I started taking birth control pill 14 but always tried to have my period over the weekend because I got so tired and heavy bleeding and what I think is normal pain. After I got off the BCP I started feeling nauseated everey morning and every evenining (after being pregnant I can tell you It was almost like morning sickness). Being pregnangt was heaven, overall felt good, had morning sickness but that is it. My twin boys were born premature after 28 weeks and still everything was good. After my period started again I started getting nauseated again and my cramps during period got every time and this only getting worse by every time I have my period. Having Mirena did only good things for me.

There are many people that have had laps and had nothing show up at all.

Depends on what your symptoms are. Usually if you have a lot of the Endo symptoms it ends up being that or like you said scar tissue etc.

What symptoms are you having? When did they start?
