When was your last surgery to remove the endo? Was it pre-menopausal?

It is possible that yes they have grown. I would go in and get a follow up ultrasound.

If you are not already you should try taking the BCP to shrink them and to prevent them from growing in the future

There isnt any.

If you have endometriosis and you had you CA-125 test done, then what it is detecting is most likely inflammation.

I had mine done twice. When I was ovulating it was 78, when I was menstruating it was 37.

I ended up having stage IV endo.

Some doctors use it as a screening for ovarian cancer and endometriosis.

Do you have endo or is it just suspected? If it is just suspected then I would say you probably have it judging by the results of your CA-125
