pain after surgery

It's been 2 weeks exactly after  my laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis and I'm still in pain in the same spot as before surgery.   Doctor found both ovaries affected as well as my intestine was stuck to my uterus and my colon stuck to my stomach.  Why am i still in pain?   i also didn't get my period yet and i'm due.  Is this pain from my insides trying to get back to normal and trying to get my cycle back on track.  I will be starting the Depo-Lupron shots in 2 weeks when i see my doctor.   I called  the office about this pain 3 times and haven't heard from them, which is another issue i'll deal with.   Why the pain?  i thought I'd feel better by now.

I have had 3 surgeries for this issue and ended up havi.g a hysterectomy at the age of 25 . It was pretty bad but considering i have two children already i was om with this. The pain went away after tht but now im having more pain than ive had before bc even tho they remove the spots it does come back and fairly quick. I suggest talk to ur dr amd make sure everything is ok and there is no infection and go from there... good luck
