Hi, I wanted to share my story with you after reading your question.

I started trying to conceive in 2002 when I was 27 and eventually I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis.  I had various tests, two laporoscopy's and a course of clomid none of which worked and I was informed that my endo was so bad that I would never conceive naturally.

In 2006 I was put on a waiting list to see an IVF specialist.  I had my specialist appointment in March 2007 and was put on the IVF waiting list but in April 2007 I conceived completely naturally!!

Mt little boy is nearly 20 months old and completely amazing.

So yes you definately can get pregnant with endometriosis so all the best to you and anyone else in the same situation.
