should I be worried or just deal with it?

I have a history of ovarian cysts. I also have very heavy and very painful periods.

I have a four 1/2 year old, and had a tubal ligation immediately after her birth via c-section.

I had a large endometrioma removed that was attached to my c-section scar 2 years ago, but the dr found no other endo anywhere during the procedure.

I have a pretty routine cycle (27-29 days)

My breasts have been very tender and heavy for two weeks (assuming ovulation at first, but the timing was a little off)

Last week, I had almost crippling pain during/after sex which is not normal

I have been bloated and swollen for about a week

Today, my period started a week early and I am now very dizzy, nauseated, and having cramps

I'm a little concerned because this just doesnt feel right.

I dont know if something is wrong, or I'm just overreacting to a "off month"

Has anyone else had something like this happen before?

Thanks for your help!

You could go to your doctor and get an ultrasound. Unless you start puking or passing out I wouldn't worry too much. It's better to be safe than sorry though, so I'd go to your OB/GYN.

Have you ever considered taking the birth control pill continuously to see if that helps?

It stops ovulation and ovarian cyst growths.
