Hi,
Let me get to the point...your immune system is compromised. In order to feel better you have to eliminate some of the symptoms....the way to do it is to boost your immune system. I felt like a zombie for years till I started taking the combination of vitamins and minerals...Vitamin A, B complex, C, E, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, CoQ10. Consult your doctor before going on these supplements to see if you are allergic. I bought each separate and took them and I was able to run again and go to the gym within a week. The supplements chipped it in for me by day 4. Also keeping hydrated is very important. This worked for me and gave me back my life...hope it works for you...let me know. Also you have to pay attention to your nutrition...cut down or cut out the fried and high sugar foods. Obviously we have to take better care of ourselves than the average person...it's a full time job.
Okay Thank you very much :) will let you know everything that happens with me.
Well, I think the first thing they do to diagnose lymphoma is get a scan, then if they suspect something they do a biopsy. Then later they monitor your complete blood count to see if it has gotten into the blood and if it is affecting your blood cell types. So it is good you don't see anything in the blood. The bump you see and the location don't sound like a spot where a lymph node usually is. Yes I would get it checked. It could be from an infection. That is much more likely. They have a Urea breath test that is good for detecting active H. pylori infection. Instead of getting the blood test for it. The blood test will be positive for the antibody IgG since you were exposed in the past. If they have the breath test it would be the best non-invasive option. Let me know how it goes.

I actually have done complete blood count as well as blood pictures, they both were normal everything the WBC, RBC and platelets. So if these were normal i wouldnt have the risk? Actually the medical care here is great. I have taken medical treatement for H.pylori 6 years ago in turkey, and i quit the treatement because it used to hurt my stomach a lot, since I was afraid of going to a doctor, I think I will go to take an H.pylori test as well as going to an ENT hopefully the bump behind my ear wouldnt be anything serious.
I would get the Cat Scan or MRI (they did a Cat Scan on me so I figure that it is better) to rule out acoustic neuroma is you can due to the location. Why do you think it is lymphoma? Did you have a complete blood count done? Was there a lot of atypical lymphocytes? or anything like that. You would see it on a complete blood count if you had lymphoma usually.
I think the crusty "rash " may be a staph infection. If it is gone that is good. I don't think there is any risk for HIV either. For the feeling of something stuck in the esophagus, maybe you have some reflux. It could be due to the Helicobacter. If you get a chance and trust the medical system at some point you can see if you have a active ulcer. If you do you will want to undergo antibiotic treatment for the Helicobacter pylori. If not you don't have to at this point. You can try to take something for the reflux. Zantac or prilosec are two over the counter types of drugs. Priolsec can cause diarrhea though. So if you get diarrhea stop taking it. The best thing is to see your doctor to find out about all this before self medicating. How is your medical care there?

I dont know whatever i search its like the net tells me its lymphoma :D devastating though,, and I study medicine its my fourth year, so i panic when I study these kind of stuff. Its way above the jaw, above the earlobe as well, when i started having these symptoms, I had difficulty in swelling too, even now sometimes i feel like there is something stuch in the esophagus, I dont know somehow it all began after i started kissing my boyfriend, and giving him oral sex, and we are both vergins, and havent engaged in any other sexual activities neither anal or vaginal, so when i started searching on the net, it was all about HIV whatever i searched used to tell me i either have HIV or lymphoma so i gave up on it, and now when i posted on the hiv forum they told i havent had any risk.
No actually the rash is gone now, they were clusty, not blisters. With all of these symptoms, I never experienced any Fever, never.
Well, guess it would be good to rule out Acoustic neuroma. I have had to rule it out too because I was getting severe vertigo with no movement. would just be sitting there and I would feel like falling. For me I didn't have to bump behind the ear but they did a hearing test and I had lost a little hearing on that side. So the did the CT scan and it was negative. So it is good to make sure you have have something like that. Then move on. Mine turned out to be a migraine variant. It can also be Meniers diesease which is treated with water pills. But the rash is a different matter. Is the bump behind the ear below the jaw in the soft tissue in the neck area or is it high up behind the ear above way above the jaw? Since you were diagnoses with Helicobacter pylori it could have caused the nausea and vomiting. It usually causes an ulcer if you have symptoms and sometimes reflux. The rash is something different. You still have this and not the other symptoms? If so maybe it is a bacterial infection such as a staph infection? Don't squeeze or scratch them it will make them spread. Do they look crusty or like blisters? So what symptoms do you have right now? Only the rash? and tired? or any fever now?
thanks,

And about the rash, it was at both sides of my chest, i had like small and large bumps and they used to itch and hurt but they didnt have any discharge or anything when i tried to squeeze them they used to bleed and hurt
Well, i do feel dizzy sometimes especially when i suddenly get up or when I lower my head i feel dizzy, and a while ago i travelled to europe so i travelled a lot by trains and planes so sometimes when i used to sit to eat i had vertigo like i couldn't concentrate on anything for 4-5 mins. I live in Iraq,, actually no i travelled two months ago which this already happened to me like 9 months ago. No i dont have any of them now, i actually got better, but i was diagnosed with H.pylori like years ago, so i linked my nausea and vomitting to it. So i dont know, im afraid of going to a doctor I am afraid of the result
95% of adults have been exposed to it by the time they are about 40 probably. By 20 or 30 most have had it. You might have antibodies to it from childhood or your teenage years. I don't think you have active infection by your symptoms. I would see an ENT doctor or have them get a CT of the Lymph node or bump on the back of the ear. Do you get any dizziness or vertigo? The CT would be to rule out Acoustic neuroma. Which is a benign tumor behind the ear. You probably don't have that since you have no symptoms of it. But it would be good to see an ENT.
What country and/or where do you live? Have you traveled before this happened? But the other symptoms you have don't point to that they sound more like a virus. Do you still have the nausea/vomiting or rash? Where was the rash and what did it look like?

I haven't experienced any fever not now or back then, and my swollen lymph nodes got checked by a physician and said they were not significant but the one behind my ear is big, and no i havent had an EBV test. My brother got the liver one. I dont know i was concerned that this lymph node behind my ear might be lymphoma or something, so if i havent had any fever i dont have it??
Usually, with a recent infection you get a high fever, swollen lymph nodes and sore throat. Some get a sore/swollen spleen as well and sometimes liver. Fatigue and night sweats is another sign. Rash isn't usually a sign nor nausea/vomiting. It may have been another virus. Do you have a fever now? Did you get the EBV tests that have the VCA IgM and IgG plus EA and EBV NA tests ? Sharing of utensils and personal items such as toothbrushes etc. can transmit EBV and other viruses. But if you washed the utensils in hot soapy water it should have been OK. Have you seen the doctor for the rash, swollen lymph nodes and so forth? Do you have fever now? Have the symptoms gone away? It does take about 4 months for the lymph nodes to go down.
