EBV Ranitadine

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis sufferer for 4 years, recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Have become convinced that Epstein Barr Virus contracted in a 6 month long infectious mononucleosis stint (15 years ago!!) is at the root (EBV never leaves your body once you've had it). Started taking 150mg Ranitadine after reading an obscure forum somewhere. I FEEL NORMAL and WELL and it started on the 2nd day of Ranitadine. The sick, sick, (pressure/nauseous) feeling in my thyroid is GONE for the 1st time in 7 years. Brain fog, gone. I have energy. Tinnitus lessened. It's been 2 weeks.
There must be EBV inside my thyroid gland. How else has the worst symptom I have, disappeared?
Can someone explain how a histamine blocker (Ranitadine) would disrupt the EBV virus? How this mechanism could work? Info out there is minimal...
