Mystery symptoms... Blood test revealed EVB?

I don't even know where to begin... I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I'm 32 male. Have suffered from anxiety since 2007. In June of 2014 I was doing a lot of trail running in the wooded area. I ran about 3-4 miles per day. One evening I noticed I had erection pain. It was odd. After a week of it I went to the Dr. and he said to not worry about it and it should get better. That night I started getting bladder pain, severe. It felt like a horrible horrible UTI, yet I've never had one. I went back to the Dr. and UTI was negative. He gave me antibiotics for 2 weeks to see if it was a bladder infection. Nope. I was in constant pain for 2 solid weeks. Crying at night b/c I couldnt sleep.

I finally went back to the Dr. b/c now my lower back was hurting and stiff. He told me I probably had a pinched nerve and to get massage and stretch. I got deep tissue massage from my brother who is a therapist, and he said I probably have mayofascial trigger points in my glutes. Sure enough I got relief.

Since then I've been suffering on and off from chronic low back pain, on and off neck pain, other muscle spasms, fatigue, vertigo one time last summer for 20 minutes with tight neck pain. The past few weeks I started feeling bad pain in my shoulder blades, random quick burning pain in muscles in my body. And now I feel it sometimes in my joints.

My Sports Dr. and my brother think I have mayofascial pain syndrome caused by tight knots in the fascia that cover muscles. I researched this and sure enough, a guys story on the Washington Post starts off with Bladder Pain.

However, lately I've been feeling achy too with all unexplained pain. My Dr. just wants me on an antidepressant.

I finally got a 2nd opinion from a nurse practitioner yesterday. She went ahead and drew blood for possible Lymes disease and also she drew blood fro EBV.

She called me today after and said I was negative for Lymes but POSITIVE for (EBV) epstein barr virus!!!

I had NO idea what that was. She told me that it's showing I got it a while ago according to the test, so I am NOT contagious. However my levels were pretty elevated as of right now.

I'm going in on Monday to get my lab results on paper.

Now I'm wondering if all my symptoms are from EBV??? Could they start like this and keep going? All muscle issues? Or is this common?

My friend wrote me and told me that she HIGHLY suggests that I get RE-TESTED for Lymes disease through Igenex, as my test results were from Quest.

I hear different things on the internet, saying if it was negative on Quest, then I should not have to pay $500 for another Igenex test, and that Quest is reliable. But I've also read the opposite that Igenex is the best... I've also heard Igenex is under a lot of fire b/c most people turn up positive with Igenex. lol. I'm in a dillema here. haha.

Now my anxiety is back up again b/c I'm worried about what the heck is wrong with me???

Mayofascial pain syndrome sounds more legit... but the EBV thing has thrown me WAY OFF.

Thanks for any feedback. I have not had any other symptoms besides those above. No fevers, sore throats etc. except when I got strep throat December of 2014. But strep isnt EBV.

Thanks guys.

I'd like to add that my primary Dr. did a full lab on me 2 weeks ago and everything came back fine. He said I'm healthier than a horse. He also did a thyroid test, negative, and a SED rate test to check for inflammation. No inflammation.
