Pls answer EBV/Vit D or B12

I need your advise friends
I have had vitamin  B12 deficiency in july 2008
had Vitamin D deficiency in Feb 2009.
Suffered from flu in april
Was digonised with EBV high tiers in july 2009.
All my other test have come negative
Doctor did some Blood work  RA,ANA,LUPUS,LYME
my bone scan test is negative
I am supposed to go for my second round of blood work
I still have twitches on chin occassional and eyelid everyday
I have severe joint pain,knees and elbows,heel wrist and knuckles hurt
And muscle pain,toes and hand go cold
I still have severe headaches specially when i go in the cold weather or eat something cold
When i walk in the cold outside i get a pinched and weird feeling in my thighs.

The other day i was holding a vibrating massager in my hand
I had these weird waves like feeling in my hand which stayed for a while
As if i have just experienced a electric current
Pls explain this to me
And

Suggest what kind of blood test should i do,Is this vitamin B12 and D related or EBV
How long will i have this pain.

Fortunately never had blood transfusions or multiple partners.

BY the way i had been to my Dr today for a follow up blood test
EBV does cause all this pain we are having'

Yes,the doc said its because of the inflamation (inflammation) we have in our body
Joints,muscle and tendon
completely due to EBV
