EBV Blood work help?

Just looking for oppinons, basically had two doctors look over my blood work and one say I was getting over CMV, and EbV, and one say I deff  had both at the moment, but if was getting over it could I still be recovering or could it have come back if I haven't rested. So any insight would be helpful. But a little background first in a 24yr male that for a month I have had chronic fatigue and been super tired all the time , with muscle weakness mainly in arms that feels like I was lifting and have muscle failure. Also seems to be the veins in my arms aren't as appaent as they use like non existing unless I use them a a lot I never had sore throat, or swollen lymphes or any of the most common symptoms which is got me confused. But anyways here is how blood work reads.

EBV:
AB VCA, IGM <36.0 negative
Early Antigen Ab,IGG 600 High

CMV:
AB, IGG 4.50 High
AB, IGM <30.0 Negative

Any insights would be great. Thanks guys.
