anyone who has ever had or has any info

month before last (sept 22.) i had a bunch of post nasal drip (clear) or something come in my throat accompinied by a a slight one time fever and sore throat for about a day then last month (oct 23) it began it started out just like the month before minis the fever or sore throat then it turned to loss of appetite w/ diarea, dry mouth and geographic tounge (oct 26) i had some painless swelling in my lhmph nodes really mild in groin and a lil on the neck then on the (28) i went to the doctor she tested me for mono and strept both came back negitive. these symptoms lasted from now until (nov 4) clearing up a lil around hallowween but never going away on nov 4 i started to develop sore throat and my nodes got bigger then they already were next day (nov 5) i went to the doctor he sed tonsilittis an gave me an antibiotic next day (nov 6) went to er and had a lil pain in my abdomin and couldnt breathe through my nose due to swollen adenoids he took blood and i tested for mono since then its been h*** but my question is those two weeks before is that related to mono or was that something else like coul,d i been had mono just not had the sore throat n fever or was that not related and maybe even the month before but thats kinda irrelevent thanks

ok well up date i was in da hospital for a few days on decadron and some other stuff helped a lil but now somminthing in my mouth still feels swollen so i get muccuss i think and it cant comeup mostly whati get to come up is really clear thick spitits so bad then i can breathe trough my nose a lil but the smell is horriable my glands on my neck went down a lil but i mean other stuff is getting worse and i havent had a bowl movement i about5 or 6 days im really concerned and my mouth keeps gettin dry and the more i eat the worse the muccus gets i think idk wht to do anymore im so scared i have something else and the doctors are over looking it and its gonna be to late`when they find out i also have lkost prob 10or 15 pounds and keep passing gas any suggestions idk what to do anymore

Your body is fighting an infection. When I had mono, I was in bed for two weeks and yet I still had the lingering fatigue. Unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky ones and ended up being one of the 10% of people who have CFS after having mono.

I think rest, drinking plenty of fluids and possibly seeing a Naturopathic physician for tips on boosting your immune system would be the best thing you can do right now for yourself. I also suggest relaxing and not stressing (stress will make it worse)..... and taking time to make a full recovery. My opinion.

yeah but i just wanna know does this sound common
to mono or do u think its something else i had prior to mono
ive had swollen tonsills since monday and the
swelling is starting to go down now its saturday but deff
still there just not to the point of not breathing i also
make myself spit up brown flym i guess that coates the throat
from food and stuff ive learned that if i dont eat that much
but water my throat doesnt hurt that much and my adenoids are
still way swollen preventing nasal breathing which makes my
throat really dry also i havent really been that tired like people say
but have had some high fevers and extreme fatigue moments where i
was up but couldnt even move i just wanna know does his all sound
mono related or do you think i have another condition to
