I had unprotected oral sex with a sw about 8 weeks ago,they said it was no risk to HIV, but I have had headaches,diarrea,swollen liver and spleen,swollen tonsils,ear aches, headaches,joint paint,muscle aches,sore throat,tingles in hands, could this be mono? I'm still away to have a conclusive test for HIV and I would like to have some peace of mind

Yes I had those too,doctor didn't test for mono because I haven't had fever wich is the Main symptom for mono

Yes, all these symptoms could be mono.
Have you had any white patches on your tonsils?
Have you had any swelling in your eyelids?
Have you had any swollen lymph nodes in your neck?

Its important you get blood tests for epstein barr virus, see if it is.
