Diagnosed with Bilateral grade II varicocele and Bilateral mild hydrocele in Ultra Sonography-Scrotum with doppler study

As part of my Erectile Dysfunction diagnosis, I am diagnosed with Bilateral grade II varicocele and Bilateral mild hydrocele in Ultra Sonography-Scrotum with doppler study. Do I need to worry about it? Is it completely curable?

Ultra Sonography-Scrotum with doppler study

Right testis: 4.7 x 2.9 x 2.5 cm
Left testis: 4.3 x 3 x 2.2 cm

Both are normal in size, contour, echotexture and vascular signals, no focal lesion seen.
Head of epididymis normal bilaterally.
Bilateral mild hydrocele.
Dilated tortuous veins noted in pampiniform plexus bilaterally.

Impression:
  Bilateral grade II varicocele
  Bilateral mild hydrocele
