Over Masturbation Causing ED

I am 19 and have been masturbating since I was about 15. Some times up to 3 times a day. I recently got with a girl and was not able to get an erection. Could this have been because of over masturbation? Or was it because I was nervous. Also what can I do at home without going to the doctor to solve this issue I am young and want my rock hard erections back! If I do get hard it is not 100% it is only about half what it should be. Please help I’m scared and need some answers.

Hey, sorry to hear about this situation.  If you don't mind saying, how do you masturbate?  You don't want to masturbate in a way that can cause injury.  And yes, you're over masturbating.  The good news is, if you stop (as much as possible) it can improve your situation.  You are not too young to have physical issues.  I was just a few years older than you, in my early 20s, when I got injured there.  I went from having zero issues, to being impotent right after a physical trauma.  Doctors do not want to take young guys seriously and everyone will tell you it's all nerves and in your head.  That said, it may be nervousness (which would be great news).  It also may be simply over masturbation (which is also good news because you can stop that).  But check back here to let us know how it's going.

Hi 3 times a day is way too much.  We all now its fun, but all things in moderation.  Give it a week off and then only 3 times a week, things should improve.  you are way too young to be having real problems. Also take a full strenth men 's multi vitamin every day. Drink orange juice at least 3 days a week. Also moisterize the entire penis with vasaline intensive care lotion a few times a week.
