20's workout

Hi. I'm 22 years old, 5'5" and about 145lbs. I have been going to the gym every single day doing my workout plan of 20-30 mins cardio and one focus area (ie: abs, legs, biceps, chest, or back). So every day I'm doing machines for one area plus the cardio (jogging or eliptical). Like I said I've been disciplined and going every day, but I'm getting discouraged because I don't see my body changing.. I realize its only been a month but I am at it every single day, shouldn't I be seeing some results? My diet is healthy too, I have low blood sugar so I eat tons of protein. The only carbs I have Are multigrain or wheat and I have ZERO sugars in my diet. Any suggestions on how to improve my results?? I can feel my muscles getting stronger but it's underneath a layer of fat- especially my abs-I want to see the lines!

This routine will quickly raise your heart rate 8 times for very short bursts, with a cooling down period in between. Ideally you’ll be sprinting or cycling full throttle for 30 seconds with a 90 second cool down in between each outburst.
This is the fastest way to lose fat and build muscle in the body.
It stimulates the growth hormone in the body.
I personally feel that it is one of the best ways to exercise, especially considering the speed at which you can lose fat and build muscle.
It Just takes 20 Minutes and What you eat after does matter!
It’s recommended that you do not eat sugar or carbohydrate for 2 hours after the Peak 8 exercise because these foods can impact the release of the growth hormone in the body.  The link is below

Figure your maximum heart rate by subtracting your age from 220 - 22 = 198 I suggest buying a heart rate monitor that straps around your chest and the other part goes on your wrist like a watch. You want to get your heart rate 65% to 85% of your
maximum rate! That would be 128 - 168. It's important to first do your strength training first and then the cardio. last! The cardio will only take
20 minutes. Check the link that I posted above. Get the OK from your doctor first!

Cat, it took you 22 years to put the weight on, you shouldn't expect it to come off in a month.
Give it a few months, and you will see good results.
Don't over do it. Give your body a rest for a day in between workouts.
