Until the effects from the concussion are better you should not be doing any kind of exercise. I would follow up with your Dr on your concussion sinc eit has been a month.

The only exercises you should be doing is what the physiotherapist
suggests for your pulled trap muscle, after your doctor was given the OK,
since you had a serious concussion.
The OS is another issue altogether. Is it recurring or chronic?
You may need to see a sports medicine specialist for that, after you have fully recovered from your concussion.
I sympathize with you and understand your situation very well, since I had suffered a few injuries myself, in my younger days as a soccer player (high school and college level). It was very frustrating, but that's unfortunately common in the world of sports.

Best wishes,
Niko
