i think you should stop taking extra calories...thats it....cut your extra calories by exercise...eat ever thing in small quantity...and you will be perfect..
Shop for healthy whole foods. If manageable, reduce relying on processed, convenience and junk foods and cook your own foods (that way, you control how much of which ingredients you're consuming).
