ION Cleanse - real or fake

Does anyone know about ion cleanses?  Anyone experience them?  A place by me is running a special 4 sessions for $100.  Just curious if it's worth it.

Or shopping or on books or DVDs or anything else that will actually give you something of value.  Ion cleanses are a rip off.

Don't believe everything from a closed minded person.  The Ion Cleanse works.  I also use the detox foot pads at night and I feel better in the morning. Four sessions for $100.00 is about right, but you may want to try one session first.  The thing is, you don't need to do this once a week or anything like that.

I am not sure how much scientific evidence is available to support this method of detoxification. A regular healthy appetite rich in fibers with physical exercise should be sufficient.
