4 days a week i have to run for my basketball conditioning and i am normally last becuse im not in the best of shape i weigh around 180 pounds at 6ft. Anyways my problem is when i start running my heart starts beating really fast and i get tired really fast my coach tells me it all mentalMental retardation Mental status tests and that i can do alot btter but the problem is it gets so bad i cant even breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor right i start hyperventilating. I'v been running for 6 weeks now and iv improved slightly I'm way behind every1 else when they run. I dont mean to sound like a baby but kids make fun of me i kinda get mad. Can some1 explain to what i should do or what i am doing wrong or even if i might have a condition of some sort.
hi - a trip to the dr wouldn't hurt and would certainly give you piece of mind. you could also describe the level of training and see if he or she thinks it's too much.
If the doctor says you are AOK, then just keep it up and you will get in better and better shape. Then you will be more fit and strong and able to keep up.
It's a great sign that you are improving after only 6 weeks. You have to push yourself to get into good shape. It gets easier the more fit you are.
