Tobottas can be integrated with running, calistenics and many other things. Basically if you were doing a running Tobotta you would run almost as fast as you could for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds and then keep doing that for 4 minutes(at first, you can lengthen it when you get in better shape) also you can make it more intense by doing 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest or even better, 55 seconds on and only 5 seconds rest. Before I tell you other types, what type of build are you looking for?

Do things called Tobatta workouts. They are short, but really effective. If you want to know about them reply and I will give you a tobatta workout plan.
Oh! And you could also work out WHILE studying. Put your book/work/computer on the ground and plank, do push-ups, leg raises, there's a lot you could do! Heck I might even start doing that
Try just running 10 mins a day. Or if you catch yourself on social media, think I could be exercising right now. You could maybe set an alarm in your phone for every our do 5-10 min exercises. Good luck(:
