I've been using Slimquick extreme for a week and a half now. At first I felt VERY stressed because of the caffeen. But as I went through with the progam, I felt these effects less and less. Great cut of appetite at beginning and less as I went on. I felt a crash as I didn't take the amouts as directed. PMS time is arrived and I felt EMPTY.. so out of energie it was sad! I do not have stomach problem but I don't usually have them anyway. I have been experiencing weird dreams... I'm a very balanced person, psychologicaly and physicaly but I've had Very troubled dreams... the type you'd have after watching a horror movie! I also wake up with no energie, witch is very different for me. I'm tired like I worked all night instead of sleeping.
I might get of of this product because I don't feel like myself. Probably go with some more specific products for specific needs.
Weird! I logged on specifically to see if anyone else had vivid dreams. They're like the dreams you have when you're pregnant. I've also been sweating horribly during the night, waking up with the sheets soaking wet.
