Hi, I'm trying to loose wight on my arms and tone them after... What kind of excersises should I perform that would help me ? I also would appreciate any suggestions for strengthening the stomach ( making it harder) and thighs as well? Thank you sooo much.
Bench presses and dumbbells work well on the arm muscles to tone them, while ab-crunches and side lifts work well on the abdominal and thigh muscles. Walking jogging, cycling etc are best for toning the thigh muscles.
