Ways to exercise ?
Hello, I'm 15 this year and i'm 4 ft 9. im 69kg. I was figuring out how to exercise at home as the cases of crime is increasing rapidly. I couldnt get exercising machine. so i wonder is there any way to lose out weight by doing what kind of exercise and how long do i need to do it a day ?
