The doctor told me that my muscle seperated from my bone on my calf but I still need to see a specialist. I haven't work out since it began hurting about 3 months ago and won't be able to see my specialist for another 2 weeks. I have problems with my knee on the same leg and I'm supposed to exercise it regularly. What exercises can I do in the mean time to stop my knee pain?
Exercises would not help with the knee pain and you may require a surgical repair. Meanwhile it is advised to rest the leg. Ice-packs/ warm compresses and tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS may be helpful for pain relief.
