Why do I have pain and a weird feeling when I run?

I am a 15 year old girl. I've noticed that when I run, I feel a constant stabbing pain on my right side and a feeling like something is bouncing around on my left, just underneath my ribs. I'm in good shape, I eat healthy food, but the pain keeps me from running more than 30 seconds, even at a slow jog. Why is this, and how can I stop it?

It could be a cramp telling you either you're not taking in enough electrolytes or are running with poor posture.
