Nice post. An irregular heart rate, or arrhythmia, can be caused by many different factors. If someone only suffers from the symptoms of irregular heart rate after exercise, an echocardiogram may not be able to detect the problem. If this is the case, an exercise stress test may be needed to diagnose irregular heart rate and its possible cause.
Hello!
Get all your vitals checked such as pulse and blood pressure.
You should also go for an ECG or EKG and if you have any discrepancy you have to follow up with a cardiologist for a proper examination.
Only after getting clearance from your physician go about your exercises.
Check your instruments by which you measure heart rate and also do not take any medications without any prescription.
Take care!
talk to your doctor about a stress test
