does anyone know any exercises to flatten the stomach, give you firm, non flabby arms, give you jiggle free legs and firm legs, work the shoulders too, and work the fat off the back/ back of shoulders. it would also be gr8 if you could tell me some weight trainin exercises to build more and shape the buttocks, thighs, breasts, and hips, and have a a tiny trim waist??? lol...trying to achieve a perfect body, lol.
