Go look at yourself in the mirror. What do you see? Look at everything from your head to your toes. Is their anything you don't like, that you can change through diet and exercise? Weight issues, flabbiness, or is it that you just want to eat healthier and tone up? Whatever the case is, there is help for you. Don't look at other peoples photos saying, 'I want to look exactly like that' because everyone's bodies are different and chances are, you won't look anything like the person. But, set realistic goals. Measure your self and set your goals. Ex: In 6 weeks I want to have lost at least ---lbs and (pick maybe 2 body parts and choose the size you hope to gain or lose) and stick to it. I know the best people to help you. Go to youtube.com and type in TONEITUPCOM they are two women trainers who give you advice on everything and they will actually comment back to you, set up and account if you don't have one already. They help me stay motivated and everyone else as well. They have a HUGE fan club because they are the best. Good luck!!
