pain in pelvic region due to exercising

19yr old men .
i am suffering a sort of pain in my right side of pelvic region ..
it started when once i was exercising on parallel bars ..actually performing cruches/situps on it for a week or two.. but i then stopped as it strained my entire pelvic region .. the pain descented but it is now quite some time (4 weeks) & its still on right side 1.5-2 inches above penis base ..i feel it when i sneeze
when i sit after lying ..i feel a bit of it ..
on touching or while resting it gives nothing ..
in short i feel it when some activity involving that portion is involved ..
is it due to overstretching/muscle pull/rupture/ligament issue ..
i want to know the cause & advice please

Yeah, Gym's probably right on that -- a chiropractor probably not the best to determine if it is a hernia.

I agree with what Paxiled said! But I would leave out seeing the chiropractor!!

After four weeks I'd see a doctor just to rule out a hernia.  Probably isn't one, but you don't want to fool around with one.  Probably just a strain, but if a hernia is ruled out, then, since we can't tell you what you hurt over the internet, see an osteopath or chiropractor or orthopedist if your doctor can't diagnose it and at least learn what body part is affected.  Just wondering, when you first did it, did you rest it and ice it?
