trying to loose weight

How can I loose weight after having a c section when you have medical problems.. I need to know how I can loose this belly fat..??

Well,
Fat loss is more important than weight loss.
Diet is a big factor in weight loss, eat well-balanced nutritious meals.
Start with simple daily walking and core exercises. Efficient workouts are key when you are a busy person.
And lastly sleep is also an important factor in losing weight.

u need a better diet plan and some exercises ..
if u cant go for  jog then do brisk walking in morning and in evening..
make sure u dont do it just before sleeping
cut all the fat foods,sugar,extra salts frm ur diet.
start doing yoga for fast and better results
