Last year I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus in a soccer game. After about 9 month of physical therapy I'm playing again but there is still a lot of pain. It doesn't hurt so much when I were a brace but after I play soccer or workout I'm very sore the next day on my knee, quad, butt, and back. I usually use ice, heat and Ibuprofen. If anyone has any tips that would be great.
