Hello. Well, lots of the time this is nothing to worry about. Lots of people click occasionally and especially when doing an odd movement like some exercise require. However, if it is often and bothering you, you can check with your doctor. Sometimes it is wise to do just that so that an impending problem doesn't become a problem (like inflammation developing or bursitis). Changing the way you do the lift may help such as bending your knee, keeping legs wide apart, or not lowering them so much (less range of motion). Good luck
