Thanks a lot Dr. Vinod.

Hello!
Proteins help you in building your muscle and physical exercise helps you in burning the stored body fat and putting on muscle. As you put muscle initially with physical exercise your body might gain some weight due to this. But when you continue your physical activity your body will get toned up and would burn the extra calories of the fat.
Prepare a diet chart with the help of a dietician.
You have these body fat calculator methods and you can use them to calculate or take the help of your dietician or physical trainer and always keep these things under your control.
Do not worry if you are continuing physical exercise and eating healthy, you will lose weight, only some changes you would need to adopt based on your results.
Take care!
Thanks Dr. Vinod.
But do you think its only protein. i never took the measure of my Fat content to begin with. can i take it now? and then check after a month or so??
how much do you think and Avg fat content should go down buy. I dont know if i used the right terminology here. but im very upset with my results.
Hello!
BMI of 27.1 is what you are presently and it is good that you are targeting a BMI less than 25. Check the fat content in your body and see if you have decreased any fat content while gaining protein. I would suggest you to work a diet chart with the help of a dietician and squeeze all the extra calories and do cardio for 30-45 minutes regularly to decrease your weight proportionally. Continue doing other forms for limited time along with cardio.
Take care!
