No L-glutamine is not a drug. It is a supplement that your muscles need if you work out. It is in the food we eat but when you work out your body needs more of it. I have listed the benefits for you somewhere else on this forum. You can buy over the net or at a vit shop.
ur father's a doctor? as i can remember other doctors had said that creatine isnt good at all.. even one of the doctor here said so.. how about glutamine? it seems an interesting... is it a drug?
To my knowledge, creatine is in red meats, but cooked out. My dad has treated young kids who has liver failure due to creatine, but apparently they took it over a long period of time, and never drank to much water with it.
You could use creatine, however, I find it best to be safe and just eat well, maybe a protien shake or 2 a day. I got some good results with L-Glutamine. But most products out there are terrible for you and they just want to make money.
ok, but i have read to guys argue.. but i guess it is.. and it has some side effects.. have u read my post on the new forum at the dr to patient forum? i ask about creatine and the dr said its not safe to take it..
creatine is not a drug. It basically puts water in your muscles, from my understanding
