A good start is to stop eating after 8 pm. DO NOT EAT AFTER 8 PM. If you are really hungry, have a beverage. Breakfast is a must to start the day. Have a cereal with low fat milk. Slow jogging is a good exercise, but you must jog for more than 30 mins, because after 30 mins then you start burning fat. Take is slow or do brisk walking instead for a hour everyday, you will sure to see some results !! Good luck :-)
