Ladies Only help.

20 years old.
So for about a month now my boyfriend and I have started to work out. Neither of us are unhealthy. I just don't like my current weight and would like to get back to my high school weight. 130. Now 150.

So here's my question. I've had the most normal menstrual cycle for a couple years now. I'm not sure if because I'm working out its changing my cycle or if it's something else. I normally have a 28-30 day cycle and since I've started it went from 24 days down to 18 days. I'm not really cramping either. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also I'm not overly exercising either. Moderate work outs working different parts of my body throughout the week.
Any insights would be awesome!

Another man, sorry.  Moderate exercise can cause moderate changes.  Serious women athletes often stop having periods at all.  It goes back to normal when they stop working out so hard.
