I don't know for certain what caused your problems however low blood sugar is a potential candidate. The intense exercise lowered your blood sugar. Lowered blood sugar can caused blurred vision. And "stars", or a "halo" effect. The easiest thing to do is purchase a blood sugar meter (with rebate they are very inexpensive) and take your blood sugar levels after exercise and before. If you have abnormal readings, see your physician.
i have had similar symptoms. a few weeks ago i began seeing something in my peripheral vision. It would come and go but last week the symptoms reappeared and after a night of heavy drinking the symptoms have persisted. my doctor told me to see an ophtomologist. Since no appts are available for the next 4 weeks i went to an optometrist. she concluded that all was fine. Two days after shge dilated my pupils yhe object in my peripheral began to disappear but i started feeling quesy---like when an elevator suddenly drops many floors quickly----and this seems to be corrected when i eat. I have been working out pretty intensely and taking enzymes, fibres, r-ala, very strong multivitamins and calcium tablets. i also noticed that caffeine seems to spark my quesy feelings after 2 hours. i measured my blood pressure after a workout and it was 140/80. could i be poisoning myself with these vitamins? is this a sign of anemia or hypoglycemia? please give me an idea
I agree, see your Doctor and don't excercise like that again until you have an okay from your Doctor. This is important!
At your age you shouldn't be having problems like this. See your doctor and get checked out.
