Thank you :).
Seeing a dietician is a great idea for me. Somedays I don't eat much at all...maybe a few crackers and cheese or something else small. I do take a multivitamin and calcium- but am sure my overall diet needs improving.
I'm going to look into veggie meals that incorporate protein.
Thank you again for your help,
Michelle
You should visit a good dietician and plan a neat diet chart with major portion of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Diet chart is very important as whenever we sit with an expert we will know what exactly we eat and what exactly we should prevent.
Increasing your cardio is a good thing, please do it initially under the aegis of a trainer and after that you can press the pedal.
Take care!
Thank you, Dr. Vinod!
Will do :)
I use an aerobic step a couple of days a week, but I will increase my cardio as you have suggested. I will also change my diet a bit. I'm not much of an eater (no meat at all) and I'm sure I do not get enough protein.
Looks like I need a new diet and exercise plan-
Cardio is the best, swimming, cross trainer, jogging, running etc for 30 minutes regularly for couple of months will make you toned up.
Eat proteins, vitamins and minerals in fresh fruit and salads and decrease you fat and carbohydrate during your work outs and toning up days.
Take care!
