Hi, change in blood pressure occurs with exercise. Diastolic pressure should not vary by more than 5 to 10 mm of mercury because this represents pressure in the system when the heart is not contracting. A significant elevation in diastolic blood pressure during exercise could be an indication of a serious health issue or malfunction within the cardiovascular system. Therefore it is recommended that you get your cardiovascular checkup done at a health clinic. All the best.

Hi, if someone has recovered from recent illness, he should start doing exercise of very light intensity for about a month. He actually depends upon the type of illness and duration of illness. For hepatitis A recovery usually one month is enough. After one month of low intensity exercise one can start with regular exercise. That is an important factor and should be considered before starting exercise as the body needs more  carbohydrates and proteins after illness. Regards.

I'm sure you could go but try taking it easy at first. Don't want to hurt yourself thinking you can lift 1,000 pounds. Haha, I love weight lifting too. But ya, asking a doctor would be good.
