Try eating big breakfasts. I mean like reversing the typical eating schedule, so that breakfast is your biggest meal of the day and dinner is your smallest. I heard of a successful study about that on the news one time. And, if you think about it, it just makes sense. You consume a lot of calories at the beginning if the day so that you have fuel to be productive ,(breaking into abandoned buildings, stealing/switching neighbors decorations, running from a few cops, and yelling at those damn bmx-er kids while chasing them out if your neighborhood with a stock) rather than consuming a lot of calories at the end of your day just so they can sleep with you.
If you really wanna lose those extra pounds your gonna have to give up being picky about food and of course exercise try eating 3 small meals and a couple snacks and get atleast an hour work out in it can be all at once or spread out
If you're picky with your food, try doing exercising more. Cross fit is a great way to exercise for an hour and burn all your calories.
