signs of something bad?

ok, i just began working out after 2 weeks of not working out. i hit the weights, not as hard as i usually do.

i began with leg presses (machine) about 3 sets of 10-20reps. next i did some bicep curls 1 set of 30 and another of 35 about 8-10 reps each. then i did lat pulldowns about 8-10 reps of light weights. after i did that, i began to feel light headed. so i stopped working out and just rested and drank water. after roughly 10 minutes, it started happening. i began feeling really lightheaded, lil dizzy, hot, sweaty. then the mother load came down on me..i was literally blinded by lights. i could not see anything, i could hear my friend talking, but felt like i was covering my ear with my hands. i was blinded for about 3-4 minutes. it then began to slowly go away. right now i can see, but the back of my head is aching a lil, and my inner ear is aching a little too. my temple area also felt a lil numb/tingling.

seriously...what is going on? this is the second time it happened (first time was 2 years ago) and this time it hit me harder.

i had a good breakfast and some fruits a few hours before.

What i clearly meant in my post is the starting what you took after weeks of no exercise is no good. You can subject your body to more exercise, but slowly and gradually.
For pain you can use intermitent anti inflammatory drugs. With rest and pain killers for couple of days you would be fine.
Start afresh, after some days and you would be fine. Take care!

This occured due to the exertion you have put on yourself. Gyming is a slow continous progressive process of staying fit and working out for healthy body. Do warm ups everytime you start, have healthy breakfast, before you start next time and do not exert your body.
Your body needs glucose as energy and oxygen supply to brain is important, if you do something very stressful and exerting which is not common for you body you may have anoxic spells and you have to avoid the way you subjected your body after 2 weeks of no exercise.
If it continues visit a neurologist. Take care!
