gxpark, is this something that has developed recentely or have you had it for a long time? I was wondering because my right eye is bigger than my left eye and tilts upwards slightly in comparison aswell! I think It was caused by having a phoria in my left eye. When I was younger, my eyes were perfectly straight, but a few years after starting school and reading, my left eye would shift to the left and I would prodominantly use my right eye to look at things! It was something that i was unaware of though, and it wasn't happening all of the time. When my parents took me to the eye doctor they said I would grow out of it, but I never did, instead it got progressively worse and over the years it became harder for me to use both eyes together! I'm 20 years old now and it wasn't until a year ago that I saw a really good eye doctor who said that I needed prisms in my glasses. Although the prisms really help, I am now left with completely different looking eyes and I find it hard to look in an upward direction or upwards and to the right without having to contract my right eye to gain some control over it. It is also something I am very self conscious of.

gxpark1234,
Did you have an orbital catscan? If not maybe you need one. Checking a TSH for thyroid problems will prove nothing. You can have thyroid eye disease without having thyroid problems. You have the classic presentation of it. It can also effect only one eye.

sanpaku is not a disease or condition, i dont think.  i think it is a description of an appearance.

ok, i had my thyroid checked and it came out normal.. but the reason i ask is because my right eye shifted up and expanded.. and i think it could be sanpaku..

i have heard of it, but always in reference to homeopathic medicine and "alternative" treatments.

as far as i know "sanpaku" is referring to having a lax lower eyelid or exophthalmic eye so that the "white" of your eye shows between the lower eyelid and iris.  i am not a huge believer in homeopathic treatments, so in my opinion the treatment for "sanpaku" would be treat the underlying cause (like hyperthyroidism if exophthalmos is present) or plastic surgery if there is lid laxity.
