Blurry/Not Sharp Vision in One Eye

Hey All,

About a month ago I started experiencing a problem in my right eye. Basically, what would happen is I would have a lack of focus in the eye, so anything I would look at would be fine in my left eye, but my right eye would see the same thing only with less sharpness/clarity and more blurry. I also feel as though there is a difference in pressure in/around the eyes, with my left being normal and my right having either less or more pressure.

This first started to happen later in the night, then began happening earlier in the day and would remain like so the whole day. It then started getting better and got to a point where it went away completely, or so I thought. It began to happen again over the weekend.

I went to a really good eye doctor two weeks ago and he said he couldn't find anything wrong with the structure of the eye or a difference in pressure, and that if this persisted I should call him in two weeks.  Although when I went to him, the blurriness had gone away already, and I think that is why he saw nothing wrong.

I am very slightly near sighted and have contacts/glasses which I use only for driving or when I need to see distance. Also, my right eye is slightly astigmatic. However, the blurriness/unsharpness I am having is for both near and far objects/settings.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?  What could this possibly be?  Are there any treatments? Any help is greatly appreciated.

that could be anything from cornea problems to retina problems to migraines to refractive error to accommodative spam to convergence problems...

you need to go in to an eye doctor while it is occurring.  unfortunatley not specific enough information to diagnose here.

Also, I forgot to mention two things.  First, the blurriness is such that if I look at something it seems as though there are 1.5 or 2 of it, its what I call ghosting.

Second, the eye doctor said there is no change in the prescription.

Thanks
