foggy vision

Help, please.  In addition to constant headaches among other probrems (like eyelid twitches),  I get this fog vision usually in 1 eye at a time but it has been in both.   it's not blurry like i need glasses but it's like i'm looking through a mist or fog...its especially noticable when i look strait at a light source such as a florescent light and is less noticable in bright light such as outside during the day.  Water or eyedrops won't help it..sometimes I can oddly "blink it away" as it comes on but if i'm not able to blink it away it sets in and stays usually until i wake up the next day.  Although fairly infrequent, this usually occurs when I am sleepy but not allways (has happened in the afternoon).     I don't wear contacts and I'm 28 yrs old.  thank you for your help sir

you should go back and specifically mention this problem.

Doc, sorry but I forgot to mention that I had my eyes dilated  just 2 weeks ago.  I had the glaucoma test, and the doc also shined a very bright light in my eyes, and looked in there with his microscope.  he also performed several eye movement tests.   I did not specifically mention this problem to him, but is it likely that he would have found anything that might have caused this?   He said my exam was an A+

you need an eye exam.  unfortunatley there are many, many things that can cause the symptoms you describe.  some are easily fixable and benign, but some are not.  time to get get checked out.
